Starbucks

Starbucks has over a dozen locations in Amsterdam. Come inside for your favourite frappuccinos, sweet sugar doughnuts, and savoury sandwiches. All locations sell a range of signature merchandise including mugs, chocolates, and coffee.

Please note that the Starbucks cafés located at Overtoom and inside Amsterdam Central Station are wheelchair accessible. Many of the other locations in Amsterdam are not.

Accessibility

  • The entrance to Starbucks (Amsterdam Overtoom) is threshold-free with a wide manual door

  • Starbucks (Amsterdam Overtoom) has an accessible toilet with a grab bar on one side

  • Low tables and chairs

  • The payment machine is attached to the counter but within reach when seated

  • Wheelchair users may need to ask a staff member for assistance to carry your own tray to your table

  • Starbucks in Amsterdam Central Station has all of the above accessibility features, but does not have its own accessible toilet (see below).

Toilets

Starbucks (Amsterdam Overtoom) has a wheelchair-friendly toilet with a grab bar. The Starbucks cafés located inside Amsterdam Central Station do not have their own toilet; visitors must use the accessible public toilet inside the station.

Parking & Public Transportation

  • For the Starbucks located at Overtoom, there are several public parking spaces in the streets surrounding Starbucks. The closest disabled parking space is located along the Eerste Helmersstraat.

  • All mentioned Starbucks locations are close to public transportation. Starbucks Overtoom is a short distance from a tramp stop (1 min) and the two Starbucks cafés located in Amsterdam Central Station are inside the station itself.
