The Van Gogh Museum: a museum dedicated to Vincent Van Gogh, one of the most iconic Dutch painters in history. The museum’s mobility aid page includes a detailed overview of accessibility, including lift measurements, accessibility floor plans, and much more. All gift shop products and books on sale at the museum can also be ordered in the online gift shop.

Additional useful information: Both entrances at Museumplein and Paulus Potterstraat are accessible. To visit the permanent exhibition, Paulus Potterstraat is most convenient.

  • Accessible toilet with grab rails

  • Wheelchairs and foldable seats available for visitors to borrow

  • Low lockers within reach for wheelchair users. Use the locker machine to the far right of the lockers; here you can select the term ‘wheelchair accessible’ to ensure you get one lower down

  • Close to public transportation (5 min)

  • Wheelchair-friendly parking space nearby at Paulus Potterstraat 7 & pick up/ drop off area

  • Free admission for wheelchair chaperones (book a free ticket online)
